About the Team:

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role offers the opportunity to spend time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive sales. You will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating Care.
  • The ability to connect with people at all levels, demonstrating charm.
  • Sharp business acumen and analytical skills to deliver positive results.
  • Experience recruiting, retaining, and developing teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems.
  • At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
