This role is for a 6-month contract position.

Who You Are:

  • 2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service
  • A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change
  • Ability to make complex decisions with integrity supporting company guidelines
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Smart Serve Certification is required
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending, and climbing ladders

What you’ll be doing:

  • Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store, and creating a communication plan for the team
  • Ensuring store conditions meet established standards
  • Creating work schedules and fostering a positive work environment
  • Promoting and maintaining a safe workplace
  • Managing in-store inventory
  • Recruiting and building a high-performance team
  • Developing team members through coaching and training
  • Potentially managing multiple stores
