STORE MANAGER - FLAGSHIP BOUTIQUE
CHELSEA - SALARY UP TO £48000 + BONUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Drive and exceed sales targets by developing a high-performance sales and service culture
* Champion clienteling initiatives and ensure seamless, luxury-level service
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a focus on KPIs and succession planning
* Oversee daily operations, visual merchandising, stock management, and Model Store compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Store Manager in premium/luxury retail
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful clienteling strategies
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build and retain a motivated team
* Solid commercial acumen, understanding of retail KPIs, and experience managing store P&L
* Confident in navigating store systems, managing rotas, and upholding brand standards
