Located in the village, this is one of our family of classic shops, serving the community of Castle Cary, a small and busy friendly shop, with a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and volunteers.
As Store Manager, you'll deliver the shop's potential through the expert leadership of a strong volunteer team, focusing on growing our income. You will enable the shop's continued success, building strong connections within the local community and focusing on key areas to drive the business.
You will be someone with exceptional people skills, a leader who understands the importance of community and enjoys supporting people to exercise similar passions through volunteering.

This role will be based on-site in the Castle Cary shop. We're looking for someone able to work 5 days (35 hours) per week to include weekend working but will also consider the potential to work 4 days a week.
