Responsibilities include:

  1. Partnering with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve Company standards/goals.
  2. Identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to grow the business or improve performance.
  3. Consistently fostering a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
  4. Ensuring best practices for visual merchandising and standards for the sales floor and back room are executed.
  5. Communicating regularly with the buying team to ensure the correct stock levels are available.
  6. Analyzing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
  7. Communicating with staff daily on individual sales goals and other key performance indicators.
  8. Managing the manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, hiring and orientation processes.
  9. Providing training and coaching for employees and ensuring documentation.
  10. Leading weekly management meetings and contributing to regional meetings.
  11. Making commitments and decisions on available information under changing conditions.
  12. Setting challenging but attainable goals with an emphasis on service quality and customer satisfaction.
  13. Coordinating appropriate action plans while considering consequences and budget decisions.
  14. Conveying clear ideas and goals, managing the implementation of those ideas and managing measurable results.
  15. Creating energy and excitement around shared goals and values.

About YOU

  1. Progressive retail experience.
  2. Previous store management experience in the service or retail industry.
  3. Extensive experience in connecting to consumers in a brand retailer.
  4. Previous retail operations, budgeting, planning and sales experience.
  5. Previous people management experience with conflict resolution skills.
  6. Effective communicator with the ability to cultivate belonging.
  7. Collaborative mindset that recognizes and celebrates contributions of others.
  8. Courageous in giving feedback that promotes positive change.
  9. Ability to adapt quickly and work with pace.
  10. Energetic presence on the shop floor that inspires trust.
