The Store Manager plays a key role in achieving these standards, leading by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their teams through their passion and belief in our brands.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the store teams to generate sales, profit, minimise losses, and create the best possible customer experience whilst ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
• Identifying opportunities to grow the business and improve performance through collaboration.
• Maintaining corporate visual merchandising directives and standards for sales floor and back room.
• Partnering with the store management team to build on business opportunities and achieve company standards and objectives.
• Focusing staff on the importance of quality relationships with internal and external customers and ensuring accountability in building a repeat customer base.
• Completing daily/weekly store walkthroughs; evaluating product performance, pricing, staff service levels, and inventory levels.
• Communicating to the Store Manager what is driving sales and discussing any issues/priorities to develop strategies to maximise business.
• Analysing store level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
• Assisting with manpower planning, recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes.
• Participating in weekly management meetings alongside other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicating to staff: store and individual sales goals and other key performance expectations.
• Providing a great customer journey and achieving exemplary mystery shop results.

About YOU

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years of store management experience in the service or retail industry.
• Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships.
• Team player who recognises and celebrates contributions of others.
• Confident in giving feedback that promotes positive behavioral change.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to resolve conflict.
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and work with pace.
• Energetic and authentic with a clear presence on the shop floor.
