As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, achieve performance targets, and lead with effective leadership. Your role includes coaching your team, defining daily objectives, driving KPIs, developing monthly plans, managing store administration, inventory, and day-to-day operations, and fostering employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-to-1s and genuine connections with your team.
