We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to surpass targets, and providing world-class service, we'd love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to have recently been recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’, one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

About Pandora

We are committed to sustainability, setting ambitious targets across sourcing, materials, and marketing.

Our people

Our global workforce of over 33,000 passionate individuals helped Pandora achieve record earnings. We foster an energizing, ambitious culture that empowers authenticity and excellence.

As we grow, we invest in our talent. We seek individuals who share our values and can help bring our ambitions to life.

What to expect from the role
  • Support and motivate the in-store team daily to meet and exceed KPIs, exemplifying exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the team, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success
  • Receive thorough training on our luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With regional support, develop your team’s potential and support their career growth
The successful candidate

Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is a capable leader and passionate team player who can deliver an unforgettable Pandora experience.

Experience with leading brands or consumer retail is preferred. Candidates may include senior supervisors or current assistant managers seeking growth. We value those who embody our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven ability to drive sales and profitability
  • A passion for exemplary customer service
  • Understanding of Pandora’s local and global strategies and ability to translate them into store performance
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
  • Professional appearance and passion for retail
