We’re working with a growing, private equity-backed branded coffee business to find an experienced and motivated Store Manager. With over 30 locations across the UK and a new leadership team driving ambitious growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand on the rise.

This role is ideal for a hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and high operational standards
  • Taking full ownership of store performance, including KPIs, labour, and stock control
  • Driving a positive team culture and coaching individuals to succeed
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and food hygiene
  • Playing a key role in maintaining a consistent, high-quality customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume hospitality, coffee, or QSR setting
  • Confident leader with strong people management and development skills
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage performance against targets
  • A customer-first mindset with strong attention to detail
