What You Will Do:

• Take full ownership of the store's daily operations. Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, store traffic, and profitability. Meet and exceed sales targets through staff training and motivation.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by maintaining store standards and outstanding service.
• Oversee store administration, including health and safety compliance, banking, and visual merchandising.
• Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and support career development. Resolve staff and customer issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
