We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our store in The Lexicon, Bracknell.
What you will be doing
The Store Manager will lead, motivate, and coach the store team to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and compliance standards using our training tools, while ensuring exceptional customer service and product knowledge. You will recruit, nurture, and retain top talent, promote the CT culture through our brand values, and create a positive environment for both your team and customers. You will identify sales opportunities, generate corporate activity, and develop new business. Building strong relationships with peers and Head Office departments is essential to handle store matters such as stock control, payroll, budgeting, layout, promotions, staff development, and employee relations. You will make commercial decisions to support the store, particularly in visual merchandising, with support from our VM team to ensure visuals reflect our brand identity. As the store leader, you will manage daily operations, champion colleague engagement, and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Store Manager, with proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to high performance. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are essential, along with excellent planning and organizational abilities to maintain a long-term vision. A highly commercial mindset, coupled with strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, is required to influence stakeholders at all levels.
