Job description

Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets are achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets are achieved), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other excellent benefits!

We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to exceed targets, and providing world-class service, we would love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to have been recognized in the Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work 2023', one of only 11 in the 'very large' employers category.

The Role

The store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store's overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable customer experiences.

What to Expect from the Role
  1. Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying exemplary Pandora customer service.
  2. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store team, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success.
  3. Receive thorough training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. With support from the regional sales manager, nurture and develop your team to unlock their full potential and support succession planning.
The Successful Candidate

Our store managers are ambassadors of the Pandora brand. The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Prior experience with a leading brand or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior supervisor or current assistant manager seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you. We value candidates who embody our core values: dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability
  • A passion for delivering exemplary customer service
  • Ability to understand and translate Pandora's local and global strategies into store, regional, and division KPIs
  • Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and take corrective actions
  • Strong communication skills for coaching high-performing teams
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude aligned with Pandora’s values
  • Well-presented appearance with a taste for desirable products and retail passion
Why Work With Us?

Our people are key to our success. We offer a competitive rewards package, including:

  • A highly competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% upon achieving sales targets (potentially 20% for stretch targets)
  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance to express your individuality
  • Generous employee discount
  • Access to our online benefits platform with retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts
  • Support for health, wellbeing, financial advice, and legal aid through 'Retail Trust'
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year

Pandora’s recruitment process is transparent and fair, ensuring equal opportunity for all applicants. We encourage candidates to refrain from including identity-related details such as photos, marital status, or age.
