To continue co-constructing the next chapter, we're looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in Bicester Village as our Full-Time Store Manager starting this July. • Basic computer skills such as Shopify, RLM, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word...)

You’ll be responsible for:

• Analyzing and following up on sales and KPIs to take wise actions to grow results
• Communicating with the District Team regarding store allocations to support optimal garment levels for selling
• Ensuring the store execution meets brand standards daily
• Implementing and following up on store operations
• Managing store maintenance in a cost-efficient way
• Actively preventing loss with the store team, following audit guidelines
• Performing store operations such as appearance, cleanliness, and stock organization
• Leading the team with compassion while achieving sales targets
• Delivering styling sessions and establishing community loyalty
