Arc'teryx Battersea is looking for its future Store Manager!
You lead a team of 11 members (including Assistant Store Manager, Lead, and Sales Associate) that delivers best-in-class guest experiences, builds connections, and commits to bold objectives both in-store and within our communities. You are an entrepreneurial manager capable of embracing change, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results. Your responsibilities encompass all aspects of retail store operations, as well as strategy and development of your team and community engagement.
You are passionate about our products and seek opportunities to experiment outdoors and learn firsthand how our gear performs. Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (five days)
Compensation: Salaried, with base + bonus
Expectations: Availability during Black Friday and holiday season, as defined annually
