Job description

Highly competitive salary, monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets achieved), generous employee discount, annual jewellery uniform allowance, and other excellent benefits!

We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven store manager to join our team. If you thrive on leading retail operations, inspiring a high-performing team to exceed targets, and providing world-class service, we would love to hear from you!

In the UK, we are proud to have recently been recognized in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2023’, among only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

The role

The store manager is our brand ambassador, responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. You will manage the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, supporting them in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

About Pandora

As the largest jewelry company in the world, we give a voice to millions of people’s loves daily. We sell three pieces of our handcrafted jewelry every second, with nearly 7,000 points of sale globally and a strong online presence.

We are committed to sustainability across all aspects of our business, setting ambitious targets for sourcing, materials, and marketing.

Our people

Our global workforce of over 33,000 passionate individuals helped Pandora achieve record earnings in 2023, driven by a refreshed long-term growth strategy. Our dynamic culture empowers us to be ourselves and excel.

As we grow, we continue investing in talent. We seek individuals who share our values and can help realize our ambitions.

Role
What to expect from the role
  1. Support and motivate the in-store team daily to achieve and surpass KPIs, exemplifying exceptional Pandora customer service.
  2. Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial success.
  3. Receive thorough training on our handcrafted luxury products to become a Pandora product expert. Support from the regional sales manager will help you develop your team’s potential and support their career progression.
The successful candidate

Our store managers are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate will be a capable leader and passionate team player, confidently supporting their team to deliver an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Experience with a leading brand or consumer product retailing is preferred. If you are a senior supervisor or current assistant manager seeking your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you. We value individuals who embody our core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Preferred qualifications
  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability
  • Passion for delivering exemplary customer service
  • Ability to understand and translate Pandora’s local and global strategies into store, regional, and division KPIs
  • Experience using data to identify trends and take action
  • Strong communication skills for coaching a high-performing team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora’s products and values
  • Well-presented with a taste for desirable products and retail passion
Why work with us?

Benefits include:

  • Highly competitive salary
  • Monthly bonus of 10% upon achieving sales targets (potentially 20% for stretch targets)
  • Annual jewelry uniform allowance to express your individuality
  • Generous employee discount
  • Access to online benefits platform with retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts
  • Support for health, wellbeing, financial advice, and legal aid through ‘Retail Trust’
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
