Convenience Store Manager what?

A Store Manager position at Greens Retail entails overall management and running of your store. We're looking for exceptional individuals that don't shy away from a challenge and will constantly go above and beyond to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve:

1. Lead and develop a strong team - all aimed at providing a great customer experience
2. Create an exceptional working environment
3. Forge strong links with the local community and host local events
4. Manage the store on a day to day basis, ensuring we're consistently delivering the highest store standards
5. Colleague recruitment, mentoring, training, shift planning
6. Propel the store and business forward, ensuring we're not only meeting KPIs, but fit for the future
7. Ensure a clean, swift and efficient operation - complying with health & safety as well as other processes and procedures

Managers will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days inclusive of evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business. We operate a flexiworking approach and hence, can be flexible with working times and hours providing store expectations are being met.

What do I need?

1. Management Experience - essential
2. Food Retail Experience - preferred
