Card Factory in Sunderland is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store, guide a team, shape a positive culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and inspired, and set a clear direction for daily operations.

You will coach, motivate and celebrate wins, hire and develop staff, manage merchandising and payroll, and work closely with District and Regional Managers to grow the business and deliver great customer experiences.
