Key Responsibilities
  1. Be a role model - You'll motivate and engage your team to bring to life the brand values every day, always promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere which is underpinned with celebrating success.
  2. Ownership of all sales and profit results - Drive cost management of all aspects outlined on the P&L reporting, inclusive of payroll management, sales, and KPIs.
  3. Deliver outstanding service - Demonstrate role model behaviors for all the team to ensure excellent customer service.
  4. Effective communication - Maintain relationships across the business, with customers, and community partners, both on the floor and behind the scenes.
  5. Foster an inclusive environment - Promote teamwork and accountability within your store.
  6. Policy and standards adherence - Ensure policies, operational standards, and procedures are communicated, understood, and implemented, including security, health & safety, and stock management.
  7. Innovative customer engagement - Develop creative methods to boost customer loyalty and promote the brand within the community.
  8. Team support - Always put your team first, fostering a supportive and productive environment.
  9. Store operations - Partner with the wider business to ensure stock is promptly placed and store operations run smoothly.
  10. Change management - Lead and engage your team in adopting new ways of working within the brand.
  11. Create memorable customer experiences - Offer authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • Management experience in a fast-paced, client-focused retail environment.
  • Proven sales background with experience in setting and achieving KPIs.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
  • Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in POS systems.
  • Budget management experience, including payroll and expenses.
  • Strong customer service and team management skills, with a track record of developing others.
  • Awareness of retail industry trends.
