Salary: £32,000 - £34,000

They are a well-established brand known for its exceptional service and innovative menu offerings. They are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Manager to embark on a new challenge as Store Manager.

Responsibilities of the Store Manager – 1st time appointment:

• Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
• Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
• Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
• Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.
• Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.
