More about the role

Customer Experience - We want someone who will shape a customer-focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. The Store Manager should also develop consumer loyalty to help build The Body Shop brand.

Delivery - Retail-related beauty expertise is highly desirable at management level. We’re looking for someone who can control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organizing skills. Our Store Managers need exceptional stock management skills and the ability to monitor and manage change. It is essential for our Store Managers to be confident in using data to make sound commercial and business decisions to drive sales and team performance. Our Store Managers must have full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors, and a passion for our products!

Teamwork and People Management - Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re interested in individuals who can lead and work as part of a team and react quickly to any problems. Managers must be outstanding communicators and capable of managing the team according to the store and customer needs. We desire a flexible and responsible role model who can attract and retain people who reflect the brand. Managers must have the ability to identify high potential, develop current team members to a high standard.
