Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking a Store Manager in our Yeovil store. You will use your product knowledge and leadership to drive performance, coach your team, and ensure every customer leaves with the right sleep solution.

You’ll be hands-on on the shop floor, open to evenings and weekends, and rewarded with uncapped commission, a monthly store bonus, OTE and a base salary. We invest in training and offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Store Manager | Monthly Store Bonus + Uncapped Commission

As a Store Manager in your local store, you’ll bring your product knowledge, passion for customer service and leadership skills together to drive performance and create an outstanding experience for every customer.

You’ll still be hands‑on and enjoy being out on the shop floor, helping customers discover the right products for their perfect night's sleep. But you’ll also play a key role in leading, coaching and inspiring your team of Consultants to achieve their goals.
