Job summary

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Starbucks store in the UK. You will drive performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and nurture a positive cafe culture that reflects the Starbucks experience.

You will manage a team of partners, oversee store operations, control costs, and build growth plans to hit sales targets. The role offers training, development, and progression within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading people and teams in hospitality or retail settings.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Proven ability to develop and grow a team and a business.
• Well organized, detail oriented, with multitasking capability.

What To Expect

You will lead a team of store partners improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality. You'll be fully aware of the store's financial performance, identifying store growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.

What You'll Need
