Working as a Topps Tiles Sales Assistant is unlike any other retail job. As a valued member of a small team, you’ll help our customers visualize their projects and find the perfect products to make their tiling projects happen.

As a sales assistant at Topps Tiles, you’ll be more than just a cashier. You’ll gain valuable sales skills, support our customers, and drive revenue for the store.

Unlike other retail jobs, you won’t need to work late evenings, and you’ll get 3 days off over Christmas.

Additionally, you’ll earn commission on each sale you help make happen in store.

You’ll build long-standing relationships with our regular trade customers, use your creativity to inspire customers, and help them choose the right designs and styles. You’ll also gain product knowledge to advise both trade and retail customers on the best products for their needs.

The best part? You don’t need prior knowledge about tiles or retail experience!
