Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Whitby seeks a Store Manager to lead the UK Retail team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. You will own store operations, visual standards, health and safety, and staff development, while delivering a positive, energetic store environment.

The role requires an experienced retail leader who can inspire teams, communicate effectively, and balance commercial results with excellent customer service.
