Mountain Warehouse in Bowness-on-Windermere is seeking a Store Manager to lead with energy, inspire teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store performance.

You will own day-to-day store operations, coach colleagues, implement sales strategies to meet targets, uphold health and safety, and represent the brand in the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:
