  • Location: Bethel Square, Brecon
  • Contract: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract
  • Hours: 38.75 hours per week
  • Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum pro rata DOE, 25% colleague discount, 28-days annual leave pro rata
About the Role

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to advance your career with the UK's largest Health and Wellness Retailer? As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead daily store operations, develop a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, and motivating, and act as a brand ambassador for Holland & Barrett.

Supported by your Regional Manager, you will exemplify world-class customer service, drive sales, maintain stock accuracy, implement promotional plans, and ensure health and safety compliance. You will also undertake training to become a Health & Wellness specialist, earning Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
