We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for retail management.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies.

  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure clarity of goals and expectations while providing ongoing training and support.
  • Supervise daily activities to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Implement effective sales management techniques to achieve sales targets and drive profitability.
  • Organise promotional events and marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for development.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and employee schedules.
Experience
  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
