Job summary

Holland & Barrett is recruiting a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a store team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive commercial success. You will coach colleagues, uphold health and safety standards and manage stock, merchandising, and payroll efficiency.

• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.

What you'll be doing
