About the role

As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret, you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve targets and create the best customer experience every day.

1. Lead from the heart: Train, coach, and inspire your team, setting them up for success and developing future stars.
2. Be a role model: Motivate and engage your team to embody brand values daily, promoting an inclusive and positive work environment that celebrates success.
3. Customer focus: Be friendly and attentive to every customer, personalizing and maximizing their in-store experience, and ensuring your team does the same.
4. Hands-on operations: Own your P&L, lead on KPIs, and focus on profitability and controllable costs like hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, and stock control.
5. Visual standards: Maintain high brand visual standards, supported by the Visual Team, and ensure your team executes them effectively.
6. Active listening and communication: Cultivate a platform for sharing ideas and feedback with your team and store partners.
7. Store management: Oversee product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, ensuring safety and efficiency.

About you

• Experience: Proven store management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Leadership: Strong understanding of implementing company strategy and driving performance.
• Passion for retail: Enthusiasm for all aspects of retail, creating unique customer experiences.
• Purposeful leadership: Engage and develop your team to share enthusiasm for the brand.
• Relationship building: Develop valued relationships with customers, your team, and business partners.
• Adaptability: Embrace change, multitask, problem-solve, and collaborate effectively.
• Creativity: Approachable, resourceful, with a creative flair for training and engagement initiatives.
