Ideal Candidate

• Experience as a Store Manager or Leader in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality environments.
• Results-driven with a passion for high standards and customer service excellence.
• Attention to detail, understanding of company procedures, and ability to give clear instructions.
• Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other local stores.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, capable of prioritising, delegating, and developing a team to achieve targets.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Manage, recruit, and develop a team for a well-known brand, focusing on sales maximisation and high standards.
• Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
• Set tasks to deliver excellent service, stock management, and customer flow.
• Maximise sales results by managing waste, shrinkage, and payroll.
• Enhance team product knowledge and uphold Aldi’s brand values.

Commutable Locations: Lichfield, Atherstone, Aldridge, Brownhill, and Hednesford
