Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Store Manager in Swindon to lead daily operations, drive customer satisfaction, and inspire the store team to reach its full potential. You’ll own the store’s performance, champion the Lidl values, and motivate colleagues to deliver excellent service.

The role pays £46,000–£66,000 per annum, with 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, a contributory pension, and a fully expensed company car or car allowance.
