Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Store Manager to own the store, develop the team and drive customer satisfaction. You will lead from the front, meet targets, and champion your colleagues to reach their full potential.

In return, a competitive package includes a salary of £46,000–£66,000 per annum, 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme and a company car or car allowance.

What you'll do
