What’s this role about?

As part of our Retail team, you’ll be joining our Outlet Store in Swindon on a full-time permanent basis as our Store Manager, responsible for ensuring the store achieves targets, delivers results with commercial and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning the long-term Store goals
  • Managing the overall store operations and performance
  • Leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experience by ensuring a personalised and tailored service
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control to minimise loss
  • Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
  • Taking responsibility for recruitment and talent retention
  • Conducting regular performance and probation reviews

What you’ll ideally bring to the role

  • Previous retail management experience in a similar size operation
  • A passion for premium or luxury products is a plus, but open to all retail backgrounds
  • A proven track record of increasing overall business performance
  • A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service through your team
  • Highly visual with excellent commercial product management skills
  • Ability to adapt between customer service, operational, technical, and visual aspects
  • Confidence working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, focused, and goal-driven
  • Strong people management skills to motivate your team
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
