Job summary

VPZ in Cardiff is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team and drive sales at our busy store. You will oversee rosters, stock and cash handling while ensuring excellent customer service and store standards.

The position offers a starting rate of £13.71 per hour plus bonus, with a 25–50% in-store discount and clear career progression within a rapidly growing vaping retailer.

Starting Rate: £13.71 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role


• Retail Sales


• Helping your store meet and exceed targets


• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling

Experience required:

• Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment


• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to cope with changing priorities
