The Role
As a Store Manager, you’re responsible for inspiring your team to deliver the Castore customer and brand vision. You will support the team in delivering the service and sales proposition for the store and ensuring that the customer is at the heart of what we do. Your mission is to ensure we put the customer first – always.
You will ensure all employees are given what they need to know, when they need to know it so that they’re empowered and informed. In your role, you will have a variety of focus areas which means you are always learning new things, including growing sales and developing a service focused team who will continue to drive the business forward. You will also be responsible for supporting all operations within the store, both front and back of house.
