Store Manager | Outdoor Retail | Callander | £27,500 + Bonus

What you'll be doing:

1. Leading, coaching, and developing your store team
2. Delivering excellent customer service and driving store sales
3. Managing KPIs, P&L, stock control, and compliance
4. Maintaining high standards of merchandising and store presentation
5. Providing ongoing product knowledge training and support to the team
6. Reporting on performance and working closely with the Area Manager

What we're looking for:

1. Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor
2. A passion for the outdoors and enthusiasm for outdoor products
3. A proven track record of driving sales and delivering results
4. Strong operational knowledge and commercial awareness
5. Excellent team leadership and communication skills
6. Fashion or outdoor retail experience is a bonus, but not essential
