Jens Knoop opened the first store in Rye in 2013. Now we have a growing estate
of stores, a production factory and a growing online business.

The Knoops concept is
based around our carefully curated percentage menu which offers chocolates to
suit every taste and mood. We find joy in helping you to discover your perfect
chocolate drink and encourage experimentation with different % chocolates and
flavours in a process we call ‘Knoopology’.

This process is
simple; choose your chocolate %, milk, and extra flavours like sea salt, orange
zest or chilli to be made into a hot chocolate, milkshake or iced chocolate.

The Opportunity

teas while creating joyful customer experiences. We're looking for an inspiring
Store Manager to lead our team, drive operational excellence, and be an
ambassador of the Knoops brand.













Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects
of store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality service
delivery.

Inspiring Leadership: Recruit, train, and
develop a high-performing, motivated, and customer-focused team.

Sales & Performance Management: Set and achieve
sales targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.

Customer Experience: Lead by example,
creating memorable interactions and ensuring the team delivers exceptional
customer service.

Quality Control: Uphold Knoops' standards for beverage
preparation, cleanliness, and store presentation.

Financial Accountability: Manage budgets,
control costs, and oversee accurate financial reporting.

Stock Management: Ensure efficient ordering, inventory
control, and waste reduction.

Compliance & Health & Safety: Ensure full
compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

















What We’re Looking For:

Proven Store Management Experience: Experience as a
store manager or senior leadership role within the café, hospitality, or retail
sector.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales management,
financial reporting, and operational efficiency.

Leadership Excellence: A motivational
leader who can inspire and develop a high-performing team.

Customer-Centric Mindset: A passion for
creating exceptional customer experiences and building brand loyalty.

Operational Expertise: Skilled in stock
management, scheduling, and health & safety compliance.

Problem-Solver: Confident in handling challenges and making
sound decisions to drive success.
