What You'll Do -

• Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, stock audits & banking processes
• Leadership: Inspire and lead a team
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer has an exceptional shopping experience
• Sales Strategies: Implement and drive sales initiatives to achieve targets

What You'll Bring -

• Experience: Proven track record in retail management preferably from a outdoor/apparel/footwear background
