Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs through rapport building.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.

• Manage stock levels and control stock decisions.
• Propose ideas to increase market share.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Oversee store operations by scheduling staff.
• Recruit, select, and train staff to maintain staffing levels.

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Store Manager to join our team. The role requires providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You should have a passion for fashion, a strong knowledge of our product range, and a drive to be the best.
