Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting, inducting, and training staff in line with Subway standards—lead by example!
  • Creating and managing staff schedules
  • Checking deliveries, matching orders, and managing daily banking
  • Preparing paperwork related to stock and sales, employee pay, and timesheets
  • Managing cash flow and minimizing wastage
  • Ensuring compliance with Subway and local regulations
  • Inventory management, stock control, weekly stock takes, and reporting
  • Analyzing sales and inventory data to improve business performance
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
  • Implementing in-store marketing and promotional materials
  • Following safety procedures to prevent injuries
  • Providing a safe environment for staff and customers
  • Encouraging high customer service standards among staff
  • Handling escalated customer complaints
  • Delivering excellent service in all customer interactions
