Base salary of £26,000, with the potential to earn up to £36,000 with On Target Earnings. You will help us achieve our vision by engaging the team, inspiring them, and ensuring our customers find the bed that suits them best.

The Role - Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Your role will be crucial in driving the business forward, setting an example for the team, engaging and inspiring staff, and advising customers to select the best sleep solutions for their needs.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing all aspects of the retail store, ensuring operational, financial, and brand standards are maintained.
2. Overseeing staffing, resources, and product availability; driving sales; controlling costs; and protecting profits. Leading by example to achieve sales targets, coaching, and motivating your team.
3. Utilizing our SleepPRO technology to help customers choose the right mattress, ensuring they enjoy a good night's sleep, and building rapport around sleep wellness.
4. Guiding customers through the sales process, completing orders, and credit agreements (full training provided).

We provide extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and support to help you succeed, progress, and build your career with us.

In return, we offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped individual commission, paid monthly once minimum sales targets are met.

On target earnings are approximately £36,000, based on store sales targets, with no upper earning limit.

Our busiest times are evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, when customer traffic is highest. You will be expected to work some of these times but with consideration for work-life balance.

Due to the nature of our products, the role involves moving products and performing some cleaning tasks to maintain store and product condition.

Skills Needed

We seek a dedicated, motivated Store Manager with a positive attitude, passionate about customer service, and capable of leading by example. You should be:

• An accomplished business manager, self-motivated, able to manage financial performance, team development, product knowledge, safety, and compliance.
