The role of a Store Manager is vital in achieving strong store performance and supporting the development of your team. To be successful in this role you'll need to be aligned with our values and business goals, while inspiring and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, along with strong organisational abilities, be reliable and assured in making effective decisions. They should also be adaptable, customer focused and possess strong problem solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and committed to maintaining high standards.
Some light physical activity is involved, such as moving equipment and carrying out store checks. Full training and equipment are provided.
