Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for driving consistent improvement in store sales, KPIs, and other success metrics. You will recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to ensure the store's success, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and create a shopping experience that delights customers every time.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering LFL growth in sales and KPI performance
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising standards, effective use of space, and stock availability
  • Following instructions from senior retail team members
  • Developing, reviewing, and appraising team members based on KPIs and managing poor performers
  • Ensuring brand integrity through appropriate behaviors and uniform standards
  • Controlling payroll and store expenditures within budget
  • Training and inducting team members to deliver excellent customer service
