Job summary

Coffee#1 Ltd. in Totnes is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced leader/supervisor who loves coffee and cake and delivering outstanding customer service while developing and supporting their team.

The role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm, including opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working. Full training will be provided in-store and at Coffee Academies.

Qualifications

• Must be an enthusiastic, experienced leader or supervisor.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver great customer service.
• Support and develop team members for consistent performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and café operations.
• Open and close the store; lone working may occur and requires flexibility.

Job description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

This role requires flexibility over working between the hours of 5am and 7pm which includes opening and closing the store, which may involve lone working.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!
