Lidl GB is seeking a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team and drive KPI performance. You’ll own the store, keep customers happy, and motivate your colleagues to reach their full potential.

Competitive salary (£46,000–£66,000 per annum) with 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, pension and a supportive benefits package promoting wellbeing and work-life balance.
