Job summary

Footasylum in Oxford Street flagship is seeking a Fashion Retail Store Manager to lead our store in Oxford. You will drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop colleagues within a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires leadership, team motivation, merchandising oversight, stock control, P&L awareness, and health & safety compliance. You will work with an established team to create an outstanding shopping experience and uphold Footasylum values.

We're seeking a Fashion Retail Store Manager, to lead our Footasylum store in Flagship Store Oxford Street. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate fashion retail leader with experience managing teams, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and developing colleagues within a fast-paced retail environment. The Team You'll work directly with an established store team to create the best possible shopping experience for our customers. At Footasylum, we value and believe in our front-end Retail colleagues. You'll be confident creating strategies that improve customer service, increase sales and profitability, support company policies, and promote initiatives that enhance the customer experience. Along with:

• A genuine passion for fashion retail and the Footasylum ethos to Defy Ordinary., Sales. To maximise the number of sales in-store.
• Service. To satisfy and build loyalty through customers to ensure they return.
• Profit Protection and Stock Control. To monitor stock within your store whilst ensuring employees' safety and well-being on company premises are met at all times.
• Merchandising, Space, Stock and Display. To display products in such a way that it stimulates interest and entices customers.
• Human Resources (HR). To safeguard colleagues' interest by ensuring consistency and fairness in the treatment of employees by adhering to all policies and procedures within the business.
• Training and Recruitment. To provide and participate in a range of planned activities that enable you to develop the Company's skills, attitude, and knowledge.
• Profit and Losses (P&L). Control of the day-to-day expenses to run a store successfully.
• Property. To maintain the property portfolio.
• Health and Safety. To ensure all safety provisions on the store's premises are adhered to daily.
• Forward Planning and General Duties. To plan for the future and assist in the efficient running of the unit.
