Job summary

Iceland Foods is recruiting a Store Manager for one of our Nottingham stores. You will be responsible for running the store and leading a team, delivering strong operational standards and sales targets.

This hands-on role benefits from experience with high-volume operations, including possible online home delivery services, and requires you to model our values to the team every day. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands-on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. In addition to this, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service and experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage.

You will need to be hard working, proactive and be able to instil our values into our team and store.
