Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Atlantic Village, Northam, Devon, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving profitability and operational excellence.

You will coach colleagues and participate in our Qualified to Advise training, manage stock, merchandising, budgets and health and safety, and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices across the wider region.

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
• A passion for health and wellness, with curiosity to keep learning and developing your expertise.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
