Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a fast-paced, high-turnover retail environment.
  • A passion for coaching, growing, and motivating teams.
  • KPI-focused with strong sales and stock management skills.
  • Willing to get stuck in, from delivery to merchandising.
  • Confident managing stock, health & safety, and processes.
  • Able to work varied hours including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Experience in FMCG or big box retail is ideal, but not essential.
