Purpose: Deichmann is extremely proud to announce that we are recruiting for a Store Manager for our store in Isle of Wight.

You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return will receive a guaranteed salary of £31,500 plus the potential to earn monthly commission and annual bonuses.

Already demonstrating a superior level of performance within their own store, the successful candidate will have the right mix of managerial and technical skills to drive performance.

You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting.

You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet. You will be a people person, capable of planning and coordinating resources, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key activities:

1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
2. Lead by example in promoting and recommending complementary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge, ensuring the best customer experience
3. Stock management
4. Analyzing and interpreting sales performance data and reports
5. Making recommendations to improve sales performance based on data analysis and customer insights
6. Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained, including merchandising and administration
7. Deliver all KPIs, meeting company standards
8. Recruit and train the team
